The characters leaked for the 4.5 Chronicle Wish may not look like the best but they will definitely get better. Based on the fact that its a regional banner and any limited characters on that banner need to have had at least 3 banners, it is possible that the Liyue characters will be Qiqi, Keqing, Ganyu, Shenhe, Yelan and Zhongli.

2024年3月1日 · Apparently the banner function similarly to weapon banner but the pity counter is more like the character banner Your 5 star pity carries over to the next banner but the fate points doesn't In other word if you want to get a specific 5 star you must either win the 50/50 and get the 5 star you pick or have another 80-90 pulls ready to reach pity
Choosing what banners to pull on as a new player
2021年10月11日 · So yes, before getting any 5star, a 4star team will work fine. My team used to be noelle, razor, kaeya and barbara, before getting new chars i depend just on them. Xingqiu, fischl, beidou, bennett, xiangling are good too. The old 4star ones you can get in the begining or on standard banner have potential if you combine or build correctly

2024年3月1日 · you do NOT retain 5* pity between event banners but do retain pity count (i.e. same as weapon banner system). if you lose the 50-50 on this banner, then roll on the next chronicled wish event banner, you have NO 5* guarantee. The system uses intertwined fates. The duration is unspecified but implied to be for the entirety of version 4.5.
