The School of Banking Fundamentals provides a concentrated, fast-paced overview of banking, all in one week. Through this hands-on practical training, attendees will gain the following: An increased understanding and appreciation of all functions within the bank.

The Schools of Banking is fortunate to have dedicated bankers in the form of instructors, school administration, committee members and Board members who are willing to devote their energies and time toward quality banker education.

Over the past 55+ years, the Schools of Banking has continued to grow, developing schools in various facets of banking, and has educated over 20,000 bankers from twenty-seven states. In 2024, we will offer eleven different schools, and plan to have almost 400 attendees.

The School of Lending Principles is a consumer-based lending school that introduces lenders to real estate, ag, and commercial lending. Attendees learn the theory and process of basic lending and then put this knowledge to work in actual nuts and bolts sessions.

Bank Compliance School is designed for compliance, audit, and management personnel who monitor, manage or assist with compliance laws and regulations. It includes regulations covered in on-site compliance examinations by federal regulatory agencies.
