2017年3月11日 · I use Butel for the 436/536 and enjoy it a great deal. I was missing some agency and trunk groups with the basic Sentinel that I would have had to enter manually, which would have been a lot of work. I find favorites lists are much easier to load, modify, and manage.

2024年3月27日 · If your copy of Butel Software still works well enough to access your large frequency list, see if you can export from Butel to a CSV file. I just checked and RT Systems Software can import CSV files. The format / field order is set by the R6, so hopefully the exported frequencies should be in the correct order to import into RT Systems Software.

2020年10月1日 · Although I like to program with Butel's ARC-XT probably because it's what I started out with and used it for so long, I prefer ProScan for eveything else. Logging, and virtual control is awesome and has so many options and the ability to customize it is never ending!

2020年3月12日 · But there are aftermarket programs available. I believe a version of “Proscan“ is free and there is “Butel ARC XT BASIC” and “ARC XT PRO”, which cost. I use ARC XT PRO. It cost $69.95. The Basic version costs $39.95. All work on a Windows operating system but I will address the Butel ARC XT PRO software here.
