Dimethylhexylamine (DMHA) is a stimulant similar to dimethylamylamine (DMAA), which is banned by many sports and governments due to safety concerns. DMHA is structurally similar to DMAA.

Octodrine, also known as dimethylhexylamine (DMHA) and sold under the brand name Vaporpac among others, is a sympathomimetic and stimulant medication that was formerly used in the treatment of hypotension (low blood pressure).

FDA issued 12 warning letters to companies whose dietary supplements are labeled to contain DMHA. FDA considers dietary supplements containing DMHA to be adulterated.
