Kirk Pengilly (/ pɛnˈɡɪliː / pehn-GIL-ee; born 4 July 1958) is an Australian musician and member of the Australian rock group INXS. Kirk plays saxophone and guitar, and also performs as a backing vocalist.

Kirk Pengilly is the historian of INXS, keeping a daily diary and amassing a huge collection of rare band items. He explains, “At the beginning of our career, I tried to collect everything – magazine articles, posters, our record releases, etc.

Kirk was born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on 4 July 1958. Known primarily as co-writer, guitairst saxophonist & percussionist with Australian new Wave outfit INXS from 1980-1997 (the lineup fronted by Michael Hutchence) and 1998 onwards (fronted by Jon Stevens Alon).
