Welcome to Pollock’s Toy Museum, home to London’s much loved collection of bears, dolls, toy theatres, games and more. The museum collection is currently divided between two temporary locations while a permanent home is sought.

Pollock’s Toy Museum is one of the oldest toy museums in the UK – founded in 1956, although the origins of the collection date from much earlier. The collection is home to an extensive and much-loved collection of puppets, optical toys, teddy bears, tin toys, dolls and dolls’ houses, games, folk and traditional toys from around the world.

The museum is in the process of reintroducing high-quality education programmes for schools, colleges and adult learners now the museum has a new temporary home. We appreciate your patience while education is in a transition phase.

Pollock’s Toy Museum Trust was founded in 1969 as a Registered Charity (No.313622) associated with Pollock’s Toy Museum. It has played a number of roles since that time in association with the family of the museum’s founder, Marguerite Fawdry.
