There’s a lot trait you can add onto private and public lots called escort call centre and if your sim is a prostitute on a lot with that trait random sims will call Otherwise you need to built your client list more proactively by being dressed in your hoeing outfit in public or by offering your body to sims.

Lots of added gameplay, including prostitution, strip clubs, buying things online, strap-on based artificial insemination, the ability to donate to a sperm bank, and a semi-work-in-progress new occult option for Succubus (if you are a patreon subscriber).

The spectacle of seeing sims bang autonomously wears off pretty quickly, but the fact that it does happen with the mod really adds to the game. I will say that you should tweak the settings a bit once you first launch it, I agree with a lot of other commenters that you should turn down the amount sims will get it on, on their own.
