ADMELOG is a rapid-acting human insulin analog indicated to improve glycemic control in adults and pediatric patients 3 years and older with type 1 diabetes mellitus and adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
When used as a mealtime insulin, Admelog should be taken within 15 minutes before a meal or immediately after a meal. Test your blood sugar levels as directed by your doctor when using Admelog. Do not change your dose or type of insulin without talking to your doctor.
Proper Disposal of Sharps Used sharps should be placed in sharps containers and taken to appropriate collection sites that may include doctors’ offices, hospitals, pharmacies, health departments, fire stations or other locations.
