On the iPhone go to Settings/General/Airdrop and make sure it is turned on. On your Mac go to Settings/General/Airdrop & Handoff and make sure it is turned on.

Aug 28, 2024 · You must be referring to the airdrop notification received at the top of the Dynamic Island, to remove this, try resetting your Network Settings. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Previously used networks and VPN settings are removed, which should get rid of the notification.-Zachyy ️

I have a Macbook pro M1 2020 iOS Monterey 12.5 on same wifi network, bluetooth enabled and "everyone" selected in AirDrop. Firewall is also turned off. On the Mac I can see the iPhone in AirDrop, but I cannot see the Mac on the phone.
