2022年11月17日 · Tried power cycling Roku, tried uninstalling Xfinity Stream, re-installing, power cycling Roku Ultra, nothing is restoring Live TV channels within Xfinity Stream app. I can load and view Live TV channels on the Xfinity Stream app on my phones, on my pc, but as of an hour ago Xfinity Stream app on my Roku Ultra stopped providing Live TV channels.

Have tried restarting the devices and the app and it has not changed. All channels show on the Xfinity box. Hopefully comcast is working to fix this.

2024年2月19日 · I am having the exact same issue on my Xfinity Stream using a fire stick to access the app. It started 2 days ago. I can not see CBS, ABC or local FOX stations. I access the app on my phone on same modem connection and see all the channels correctly. This obviously a system issue based on number of users with same issue.
