2023年7月1日 · Amazon told me my email has gone dormant so I've remade it with the same email address. I'm trying to buy a book on my kindle and I'm still not receiving the OTP email to verify my account, it won't work with text as i have only just updated my new phone number. I've spoken to amazon customer services who have told me to contact my email provider.

2024年12月21日 · We're having an issue where an Amazon account is not allowing us to log in, when we go through their password reset process, it is supposed to send a One Time Password to our email, but it does not arrive. Amazon refuse to help and insist the OTP email is outgoing, all other email tests work fine with the Hotmail account. Any suggestions?

2022年3月30日 · Welcome to the Microsoft Community and appreciate the time you've taken to share detailed information.I understand that the problem is that outlook is not receiving the otp verification code from amazon. If my understanding is wrong, please correct me in the answer.

I tried to contact Amazon but they suggest me to edit my security settings from my account, but when I'm try to do that the system is asking me the OTP code first so I can edit them. Please advise, I need to note again that everything was working fine for a few months and now just stopped receiving the codes. Mende
