On the other hand Estibot appraisal will always have high numbers for the established websites and may not have much attention to the valuation of domain name itself as it maybe focusing more on technical numbers related to the SEO numbers.

I do a portfolio download once a week, and the download includes the GD Appraisal value for each name (I also noticed recently it includes the "Appraised" value and an additional "wholesale" value for the name). But this does not help you if you mean an external list of names...

2024年11月3日 · Evaluation instruments that reset value when a sale is recorded really interfere with a less biased valuation, since that sale might have been high or low for a variety of reasons (seller skilled negotiator, some specific reason buyer needed that specific name, seller needed cash flow badly at time of sale).
