2024年9月10日 · On my KB training days, my warmup has included KB halos, prying goblet squat, one arm bar per side, 3 presses out of bent arm bar followed by 5-10 sec. hold per side. I finish with pullover w/ hip bridge then supine pullover. It takes about 3-5 reps of pullover in hip bridge to get the KB to tap the floor, then I move on to supine pullover.

2020年11月4日 · I agree with everyone here. 16 Kg is prob lots of load. the main focus of the arm bar is stability Areas that you could try to add “challenge” might be with head placement and/or eye movement. Ie rest your head on your bottom arm or lift it and add slow neck rotations. Also adding eye movements can change the effect some what.

2024年12月22日 · Overcoming isometrics has worked for me. Just overhead press with a bar-and-chain or strap device. Easy Muscle C was also great when my shoulders hurt too much to allow any overhead pressing. The trick for me with dips was to do it on rings, turning them out at the bottom to engage the rotators. Pull ups were a bit trickier.
