2023年1月18日 · Mercenary does REALLY well with on-hit items, and uniquely always benefits from the Focus Crystal. Definitely consider picking up Tri-Tip Daggers, ATG's, Ukeleles, Predatory Instincts/Harvester Scythe, and other on hits. Otherwise, the normal good items are what you want. Tougher Times, Soldier Syringe, 1-2 Armor Plates, and 9ish Crit glasses.

2021年8月13日 · 500 hours and I almost exclusively play mercenary. I use default on every ability with him, because they're the fastest. I'm sure if you use alternate abilities the item synergies change a little bit, but here's what I'd say are the top reds for him, in rough order: Clover. Clover always #1, especially since he scales great with atg, etc.

2023年8月9日 · Red: clover, alien head, brainstalks, behemoth, daggers, frost relic, headstompers (obviously), hardlight (best merc item imo), desk plant, resonance disc, meat hook, shattering justice, tesla I play on console so no void items. Ofc some items could be better or worse depending on your run and current build, so this is very general.

2022年10月9日 · Merc has good mobility and favours not getting hit, but struggles with damage without items to help. I’d recommend opal and safer spaces to make getting hit less punishing, and take fragile watches as well as any damage-boosting items you come across. Anything that reduces skill cooldowns is great.
