On-hit Kayle is pretty lackluster on Kayle at the moment, wouldn't recommend it for ranked but if you have fun with it, go ahead in normals! Muramana on Kayle season 11 is terrible unfortunately, it was a pretty popular build last season but it got changed a lot; the last change they did to it (this patch) made it even worse for kayle.
