2022年12月7日 · Big Bend National Park has some of the darkest night skies in the lower 48 states. The main reason for the great quality of our night skies is due to the fact that Big Bend is far removed from large towns or cities.

Have you ever seen the Milky Way stretch all the way across the sky? Or spotted a neighboring galaxy with only your eyes? Big Bend National Park works hard to preserve our dark nights and keep these opportunities available for all.
