The company said they issued the refunds to a master card (not belonging to me) and shared with me the billing address used on the order(s)…which was fake and a similar phone number to mine, but also fake/not in service.

Please be advised this generally happens when the address on your bank account or cards does not matches the address. Please recheck the address on your bank accounts and cards, it should be the same and then you should have no issues while adding it. I cannot complete any purchases on Steam via PayPal. They keep telling me that billing address doesn't match when the billing address actually does match. Please help me resolve this issue.

In trying to make a purchase on Steam, the rules are, "Your billing address must be the same as your country location". My billing address for my credit cards and Paypal are in the US. They know I'm logging on from Thailand and won't accept payment from here b/c the billing address in not in Thailand.
