2021年8月19日 · Transferring food to bowls is always tricky for me, especially fried rice. So I roll my Blackstone onto a large grilling mat. That keeps grease and spilled food under control. Otherwise it leaves grease and spills on the deck which stains and attracts bugs. I have bags that fit a 5 gallon bucket. I use these for garbage and scraps.

2023年9月18日 · Personally I went way overboard on buying the Blackstone accessory kits. The items I use most frequently are the metal spatulas, the heat dome, hamburger pattie press , the plastic squeeze bottles(one filled with water the other filled with cooking oil) and the scraper to get the grease in the pan while or after cooking.

I definitely spent several hundred on accessories over the course of my first griddle season, and realize that pretty much nothing I bought makes any of the food taste any better. 2019年12月27日 · The kits are about $20 a pop. One kit comes with 2 spatulas a round handle scraper/food use tool and two water bottles. The cleaning kit come with long handle scraper two square pumice stones and handle that attaches to them as well replaceable cleaning sponges with handle. The Walmart here sells a lot of Blackstone accessories.

Warming racks: If you plan to cook for big groups this can be super useful, I bought the one title “Geesta 2Pcs Blackstone Griddle Warming Rack” and I love it) Could live without: It’s called “Griddle Food Mover” but just looks like a pooper scooper.
