The History Channel had "The Civil War: A Nation Divided", but almost every character was equipped with repeating rifles instead of muskets. Maybe a Civil War game would work better with squad level tactics, like with the Brothers in Arms series.

This film's not the first war firm to focus more exclusively on the psychological and moral challenges of war - rather than a strict adherence to socio-political or historical accuracy - but I would argue that AN also functioned against the backdrop of a very real social-political context and crisis of meaning within America society at large post-Vietnam.

2022年7月26日 · Imagine trying to integrate a civil war cod with war zone and Mwii weapons, plus most civil war battles were on fields so small arcadey maps aren’t possible. Plus I wonder how the media would take it that we have confederacy operators. A civil war game would be best played as a milsim game in a similar fashion to hell let loose.
