2021年11月27日 · Carcer City is the setting of a literal horror game, I don't think it'll combine very well with GTA's (including GTA IV's) laid back satirical nature. The dark tone will just be undermined by the wacky shit the player can do because it's a GTA game.

In GTA 3 which is part of the 3D Universe it is based on New York, Detroit, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago and Baltimore but GTA 4 which is part of the HD Universe only made New York as inspiration to Liberty City.

You still have bridges and waterfronts, ghettos, subways, extensive underground highways, (remembering a bus trip through Chicago), Airport, Bus Stations, taxis, etc.

2020年1月10日 · The two Manhunt cities are Carcer City and Cottonmouth. It's generally accepted that Cottonmouth is a Gulf city, and usually in place of Tampa Bay. Carcer City has lots of potential options, but I had to have it be "close" to Liberty City so I went with Camden since it has a reputation as a crime-ridden deathtrap.
