2020年2月28日 · I've had a similar problem that started about 6/28/20. Both my husband and I have our Xfinity home phone set to ring simultaneously on our T-Mobile cell phones (iphone & Samsung S8). Worked well for years!!! Now, suddenly, we can't call our Xfinity home phone from our cell phones, when we have them set for simultaneous ring.

2020年2月28日 · Damien tried a couple of things without success. I explained to him about leaving and coming back to Triple Play. At this point he knew what to do. He deleted my phone account which cleaned everything out and reinstalled my phone account. That did the trick. We tested everything and now my cell phone does not ring when my home rings.

2021年12月22日 · My wife iphone 13pro max had the same problem - the incoming calls would NOT ring - but show "user busy". The Caller would go directly to voicemail. After trying a lot of different solutions including back-up the iphone and then setting the iphone as new (that fixed the issue) BUT restoring the whole back-up, the probelm came back.

2022年11月1日 · Can someone with Xfinity voice for residential service confirm if "Advance Call Forwarding" is indeed what other VOIP's call "Simultaneous Ring"? i.e. adding other phone numbers under "Add to List" will simultaneous ring all the phones with these numbers, with caller id, while ALSO simultaneous ringing the main Xfinity Voice phone with caller id?

2024年12月10日 · I received the exact same call today. Caller ID said 800-391-3000. Person with Indian accent who said his name was Darryl [Edited: "Personal Information"] from the Houston TX distribution center, and indicated the phone was shipped to the wrong address.

2022年1月17日 · The phone does not ring, but the voicemail works. The phone light on the modem is not on. When they reboot, it blinks around 30 times, and then goes off. The phone worked for a week, and then suddenly on Saturday it did not work anymore. Thanks for any help you can provide!

2023年5月13日 · How can i change the number of rings for home phone voicemail? Everywhere I check it says that option is either on the "Checking Voicemail" tab or on the "Call Forwarding" tab under "Advanced Call Forwarding", but on that tab it says"This telephone number does not have access to Advanced Call Forwarding."

2021年12月20日 · I remained a internet and cable customer during the entire time and am a long standing customer for those services for at least 15 years. This change is a MASSIVE step backwards and is making me reconsider taking my phone back to Verizon - I came back to Xfinity for the simultaneous ring feature.

2024年1月9日 · (Texts come in ok usually). Phone calls to my phone will usually not ring but go right to VM, and without my phone showing a missed call. I usually cannot call out unless I restart my phone. This is very hard to work with as I work from home and the ATT cell service is not good here so I have to use wifi calling.
