2017年8月16日 · Central boiler 6048 it is 6 years old. We lost him in Jan and my mother in law fell twice last winter trying to load the stove while he was sick. He took meticulous care of the stove and its in great shape, we just want to get a gas stove so my mother in law doesn't get injured trying to deal with the stove.

2009年12月10日 · It worked fine. Then I hooked up the old controller to the new rtd on the bench to test it. Sometimes it powered up ok, but othertimes the temp fluctuated greatly. So it was the controller in my case, and I have a spare sensor if I need it. I could have bought a love controller also, but the price from central boiler dealer was real competitive.

I also like the urethane firebox insulation vs the fiberglass used in other models. The problem the CB is that the dealer in my county sucks apparently, and is good for buying the unit only and is pretty useless as far as installation.

2008年10月23日 · Definitely consider the new 2300 boiler, I have one and has been running for 3 weeks now nothing but good. It smokes some at start up till gassifacation takes place and then calms down and wisps off smoke come out. It is a lot less smoke than the regular Central Boilers. You need dry wood for this stove all green wood is not for this stove.
