2015年10月5日 · The 3/8" flare is not correct because as you can see it's NPT coming out of these fuel pumps, just click on the link. The end going to the tank would use NPT to 3/8" flare for the steel fuel line, the end going to the carb would use male 3/8" or 1/2" NPT to male -6AN to the new fuel line. Some of you clowns don't do your homework.

2009年2月11日 · You then attached the braided stainless steel line (8123) to the filter (the fuel line has the female -6AN threads on one end), and now you're trying to connect to the pump. The 8123 came with a blue anodized elbow which has -6AN threads on the side that connects to the fuel line, and it has 1/4 NPT threads on the side that goes to the fuel pump.

It opens and allows fuel to flow when you're using the mechanical pump alone. When you want to run the electric pump, the check valve closes so fuel can only move forward.
