A more apt comparison would be if Judge had said that his speech from last year was shorter than BG3. Because, you know, BG3 is an undeniably long game and Judge's speech was mocked and ridiculed for being too long.

He also wasn't insinuating anything about industry conditions, so I'm not sure where that concern even came from beyond a tepid attempt to care about an issue people otherwise will not fight for in order to frame Judge as the bad guy.
