Apr 30, 2009 · I get small pimple sized blisters inside the bottom lip, full of what appears to be a clear fluid, gradually appear and then disapper over a 24 hour period. I have noticed they appear after eating white bread. I am not sure if it is a coincidence or not??? I googled mouth blisters and celiac and found posts mainly about blood blisters and ulcers.

Apr 30, 2007 · Yup I get them too and I also get the mouth sores. My mouth sores are much better now that I am gluten free, but I still do get the blood blisters from time to time. Interestingly enough I just found out I have pernicious anemia so I'm severely B12 deficient, and so the vitamin deficiency thing may have something to do with it.

It wasn't all the time, but I can remember a couple of times when I gave up smoking, only to have the inside of my mouth shed for a few days, just inside my bottom lip, after the initial smoke free days. It took a few tries to give up smokes.

Mar 22, 2007 · Apply the cream 3 or so times per day. I would also wash the area each time before reapplying cream. Oh, and drink from a straw until the corners of your mouth heals. You can also put Vaseline on the corners of your mouth overnight if you are worried about drooling onto your wound. Good luck cuz this aint a pretty thing to deal with.
