If you enter in your information you will get to an agent. When the automated system asks what you need, say "plan change" or "remove service" even if that is not necessarily what you want.

The number he used was 2 comcast numbers [Edited: "Personal Information"]/[Edited: "Personal Information"] plus a cell [Edited: "Personal Information"] and called himself James [Edited: "Personal Information"]. When I tried to call the number back the next day the phone did not ring or have recording.

I tried calling it on my other phone. Plus Xfinity sends a verification code before accessing my account. What baffles me is that they had my account details of my previous address.
