Ok people. Seems like I found how it works. Connect your iphone to PC; Open itunes on PC; open your iphone window in itunes (you should see then such vertical bars as summary,music,movies,TV shows etc)

Media Player on win10 will play every song if I open them in the download folder but when transfered to a playlist on Media player then media player plays only some of the songs. It says : ...you don't have permission to access to this file" while windows media player has no problem opening all the files.
