Apple website is very confusing though, as under the link '"download the latest version for Windows", at the system requirements, it says Windows 7 or later, and the link directs to Microsoft website which doesnt work (I guess that' s only for Windows 10-but they why don't thry state it under system requirements...

Nov 22, 2012 · After that, I clicked "download" for the itunes (WIndows 64 bit for me and my laptop)- and it popped up the menu to allow me to run and install the software for itunes version 10.7. It included a shortcut to the desktop and appeared on the windows 8 start menu as well. Hope that helps people get itunes on their computer. Thanks
