2013年4月1日 · i have a male bearded dragon, about 9 months old i think that i have owned since september. he usually is healthy and eats well etc. today he has been lethargic and when i picked him up he kept twitching his head sideways and flipped completely over! i put him down and he just layed on his side with his head sideways and one eye closed.

He did seem to sleep a lot since I got him but he would be very active as well and bask, hunt for crickets, eat veggies ect. But it seemed to have hit instantly and randomly. The vet confirmed and she was on a 7 day regiman of Baytril and 2 days of Metacam. After 7 doses of Baytril the rattling is gone but the head tipping is still there.

Unfortunately, I ended up wearing half of what went into Digi's mouth (she shook her head like a puppy to get rid of the icky invasion). I finally had to succumb to the half-hour-to-administer-medicine ritual, but at least I didn't end up having more med than Digi.

2010年11月29日 · I would seperate them and get rid of the wood chips, you should also be feeding as many as the dragon can eat in 15 minutes and be diligent about removing any that are uneaten. Even if you dust with calcium the crickets clean themselves and the calcium does not stay on long and they can hide effectively to come out later and bit your dragon.

2021年5月24日 · How long has the skin tag been on the side of his mouth? As suggested, try the unpasteurized raw honey in case the area has some infection involved in it. I agree, this area can be very annoying to them, being on the mouth. It may eventually start to affect her appetite & or health, too. Tracie
