2021年9月23日 · The tires I decided on are the Kenda Klever rt 601 in 35/12.50/20”. Someone said a comment about cheap Chinese tires, Kenda has been around a long time and has great reviews, top 5 tires by some reviews. They are 12 ply and are rated F series.

2019年7月6日 · I have seen several dually trucks in North Idaho when I head up there in the winter. They have the outer rears removed, and have a set front and rear of studded snow tires. Traction / psi footprint of the tires, is the best reason I could come up with. Only need to buy 4 tires. Seems like this thread has brought out the keyboard engineers.

Mixing rear tires on a dually - bad idea or acceptable?
2012年8月29日 · Starting to think about what I will be doing to get the truck ready for another winter and my two inner rear tires are looking a lil low on tread and have some dry rotting/cracking going on. The outer rears and fronts have plenty of tread still and look to be in fine shape. I've driven this dually for 2 years now, and only occasionally tow with it.

2017年5月12日 · This is my first dually and trying to see what is the correct way to rotate with the Alcoa wheels. I have three alignments thinking that was the main issue. This last alignment the tech said I was just barely out of spec. Issue is my fronts are chewing up the outer sides of the tires pretty well.

2020年6月24日 · They were very even with 5-7k tire rotations. In the summer we do so many trips my tires stay at 80psi, I dont adjust so the centers do wear slightly more. They were also quiet. I wanted to step up to a 295/70/18 and the sister tire to the exo grappler is the CT. I priced tires online and all are nearly the same.

2019年4月15日 · 2017 ram 3500 drw single cab 4x4 absolutely love the truck! Front tires suck. I've changed to Bridgestones. Still have the problem. Had the front checked out all good. 43,000 miles on the truck 4.5 years old. The rears look new with 20K on them. I guess I'll go through (2) pair of fronts for every one pair of rears. Not a big sacrifice.
