2024年10月7日 · Dupixent (generic name: dupilumab) is given as a subcutaneous (under the skin) injection into the thigh or stomach area by the patient or a caregiver. It can also be given in the outer area of the upper arm by a caregiver. It comes as a pre-filled syringe or a pre-filled autoinjector pen.

Choose a different injection site for each injection. Do not press or touch the Yellow Needle Cover with your fingers. Do not inject through clothes. Do not remove the Green Cap until just before you give the injection. Do not try to put the Green Cap back on the DUPIXENT Pre-filled Pen.

Rotate the injection site each time you inject. Keep the syringe(s) out of the reach of children. Keep unused syringes in the original carton and store in the refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C. Remove the syringe from the refrigerator at least 45 minutes before your injection so that it reaches room temperature.
