2012年7月22日 · Actually, the only time I know of for using eggs shells is when the "old timers" used egg shells for making an off-white colored wine turn a bit whiter. They used egg whites for clarifying. I think it would be a mistake to use it in beer, and even in wine now that there are so many good finings available these days.

2010年10月13日 · Brewed it yesterday. Added the egg protein in the last 5 minutes of the boil, and it clumped up and solidified almost immediately (about the consistency of a hard-boiled egg). I'd be surprised if anything actually dissolved into the wort, and am confident that nothing made it into the fermentor. Unknown if any flavors were extracted.
