It has serial number SJ04038551, 'Gibson' on the neck rod adjust cover plate on the headstock, others I have seen have SG. 2017年10月30日 · Well this is a bit tricky, but here is what I can tell you. The Epiphone by Gibson branding, as seen on the label, didn't start until 1986. It's possible that it began a little earlier, possibly 84 or 85, as this was a transition period for Epiphone and yours has an early logo. But the branding started en masse in 86 for sure.
