EDIT: This EKG of someone with ARVC shows epsilon waves in leads II and III as well as V1-3.

2014年10月24日 · The epsilon wave is a late potential that is more often seen during the early ST segment. This looks like it could be just elevation / notching of the J point, a J (Osborn) wave. Which is essentially normal (benign early repolarization).

2023年4月16日 · Epsilon wave is not something diagnosed off a 1-lead watch ECG. It's even difficult on a 12 lead. Unless you have a really good reason to think you have ARVC, then you probably are just going down a rabbit hole linked to underlying health anxiety.

2023年5月26日 · MRI was negative. Turns out my heart is in a slightly rightward position which makes the ekg read very strangely. It's benign but I will likely always have an abnormal ekg because of this. They said what I thought was an epsilon wave was part of the QRS complex.
Are these epsilon waves in the inferior leads? Most visible in aVF.
2022年8月19日 · In epsilon this gap seems a bit longer at ard 1 small square and the wave itself is larger. Other reasons I think this is j wave is the prevalence of j wave diseases (hypercalcaemia, hypothermia, BER, Brugada, ischemia) as compared to arvd.
