Also, is there a "time when we should go to bed" around 10-11pm, or if one is used to fall a sleep around 2am, and works with blue light properly, would the brain think 2am is 10pm, and thus one could fall asleep at 2am and still have a healthy brain?

After a longer gaming session that took me from afternoon to night, I closed out l4d2 and was stunned to see that f.lux was running in the background and had adjusted the temp of Windows when i closed the game, but the game itself was untouched.

Night shift is nice and works fine except for the fact that it has two settings: OFF and whatever temperature you set. I've used f.lux for several years to help with using my PC at night with no problems. However, I've noticed an issue with f.lux and my RX 480. I was having crashing problems on previously stable configurations of my graphics card, and I was able to determine that f.lux somehow causes crashing when the overlay is active.

2024年5月21日 · Sorry this isnt fully wiz related, but very much so since it comes down to gameplay experience. F.lux is a software I downloaded on my computer to protect my eyes when gaming at night. However, when playing wiz, I find that everytime I hit the ESC key, the lighting seriously changes and really disturbs my gameplay experience.
