2023年11月21日 · This grip tape improves the hand feel A LOT. I also liked how the Viper mini SE has solid mouse sides, and missed them for about 10 seconds on the ULX until I put the tape on. The ULX didn't only catch up, it surpassed, because there's a real "tackiness" to the tape. Similar to a tennis racket "overgrip" if anyone's used that.

2024年4月12日 · I also don't get why everyone loves the comically large Beast X dongle. ULX is by far the better dongle. Finalmouse software is also much better. WLmouse firmware is such at mess right now and it seems like they're abandoning original Beast X owners, which sucks because I just got mine. My ULX has perfect QC but maybe I got lucky.

While The ULX is lighter the difference is basically insignificant and shouldn’t be a deciding factor. The clicks on both mice are top tier, although since the beast x is magnesium the clicks feel more premium than the ULX. The ULX clicks feel great but since the material is so thin and light it makes the clicks feel a little hollow.

But even if you managed to get multiple copies and all of the stars aligned, the QC could be the final blow you didn't ...

Yeah for real. I wanted to buy a ULX because I love my Starlight… but I also bought a Last Legend. So I dodged the QC issues. Not dropping CAD$300 (with shipping) on a probably somehow fucked up mouse while there’s an absolute renaissance of good Chinese mice for cheap right now. Edited for currency.

2024年1月16日 · lol I also just got a otsu after getting my ULX. I have only ever tried core pads and they are on my super light. After comparing the core pads and the stock ULX feet on the otsu the core pads feel significantly smoother and like an air hockey table if that makes sense. With the stock UlX feet it’s scratchy and not as smooth
