The other way to tell an MBR/BIOS install from a GPT/UEFI one is to look with diskpart, open an admin command or powershell prompt, type diskpart, hit enter type list disk, hit enter, see if there's a * beside the disk in the Gpt column, type exit & close the prompt. If there's a * beside the machine's internal disk there you're *probably* golden.
