In Person: Bring a water bottle and blanket. Borrow a mat and sitting pillow, or ideally bring if you have them. Kundalini Yoga for All weekly Group Classes: warmups, breathing exercises, a physical yoga set, deep relaxation and meditation with or without mantra.. Adaptable to a chair.
