Change Google Maps languages or domains
Google Maps automatically takes you to a country domain (the Google Maps URL address in your browser) and map view based on your location. Google Maps works with many country domains, like .de or .jp. If your domain is wrong or you want to go to .com, you can change it in your settings. On your computer, open Google Maps.
Translate with handwriting or virtual keyboard - Google Help

Change your display language on Google
You can set your preferred language for buttons and other display text that appears in Google Search. Tip: This doesn’t change the language of your search results. Learn how Google determines the language of search results. On your computer, open Search settings. Click Display language. Find and select your language. Click Confirm.

Change the language of Google Assistant
It's easy to talk to Assistant when you've chosen more than one language. When you say "Hey Google" followed by a voice command, Assistant answers in the language you use after "Hey Google." Google Assistant can't recognize more than one language in the same phrase. For example, "Hey Google, set a timer for drei Minuten."
