2020年9月19日 · My opinions on the Dukat character: From the first moment of Dukat's screen time until the last, he was a character who wanted to control the lives of others, and wanted those people to basically worship him. This manifested completely in the pah wraith cult. Every single one of his relationships was a tool to advance his agenda.
