Was thinking about ordering one but can’t find too many reviews. Thanks. Copper thigh compression sleeves are recommended. I bought this thigh cover because of a baseball injury.

2024年11月10日 · I had that problem once. Is there a small “sleeve” piece that’s about 3/4 - 1 inch long that fits inside the hub. For me it Turns out that I didn’t insert this “sleeve” into the hub. This sleeve prevents the bearings from getting compressed when the axle is tightened. Sorry for the lack of descriptive terms.

2017年5月26日 · If not, you’re probably fine barebacking it in the liner. In nearly 30 years of running races, I’ve never worn underwear under my shorts (which have always had liners). I’ve worn compression shorts underneath on occasion for warmth or injury (providing extra support coming back from a hamstring injury), but rarely do so.

2021年1月11日 · I bought some aero calf sleeves (so non-compression, just thin ribbed lycra) at the end of 2019, but haven’t had a chance to race in them due to Covid. My hope is that they are even more aero, and more comfortable to run in. The compression sleeves (18-25mmHg) have been really helpful for post-race recovery, and for dealing with shin splints.
