VILLAGE OF HARVEY By-Law 2014-09 A BY-LAW RESPECTING THE SANITARY SEWERAGE SYSTEM AND SEWER CHARGES WHEREAS the Village is empowered to provide sewage services to the residents of the Village of Harvey and is further empowered by section 189 of the . Municipalities Act R.S.N.B.(1973), Chapter M-22,
April 10th at 2:00pm with members of the Harvey Improvement Association to discuss the proposed Lease agreement for the Lakeshore area. Deputy Mayor orey stated that the proposed Lease presents too much risk for the Village to put significant funding into upgrades at the Lakeshore. The lerk delivered the Unsightly Premises update for the month.
