You can't get an easier or more versatile recipe as this! This stuff is absolutely magnificent. It's light and airy and a great dessert after a heavy meal or at brunch. For Christmas I doubled the recipe using 1/4 red cherries and 1/4 green cherries for a more colorful approach.
