2020年2月8日 · That said, if the same computer and the same default printer are being used to view the Word document and to create the PDF, those two documents should be identical. How are you creating the PDF? If File > Save As (or F12) doesn't work for you, try using a PDF "printer" such as PrimoPDF (which is freeware).

In the Options dialog, under the "Publish what" heading, change the option from "Document showing markup" to "Document". The change bars in the PDF will be black rather than red, but other than that you'll get what shows for Simple Markup.

I would like to have the ability to mark up the PDF document without having to download it to my local drive, mark it up, save to local drive as same file name and then upload and replace the file for versioning. I want to keep the versioning, I just don't want the added steps of downloading, mark up, save, upload, replace.

2020年7月21日 · Editing PDF will require a native app, but annotation can be done in the OneDrive app itself. Reference: Mark up a PDF in OneDrive for iOS. I tested on my end and annotations/strokes appear at the correct place.

2020年12月18日 · The preview at File > Print will always show what Word will actually print (or include when you convert to PDF). As an alternative, you can choose to print markup, but change the options in the Advanced Track Changes Options dialog box so that only a minimum of options show. For example, you can display only changed lines.

Word 2016. I set tracking to show only change bars on the left, no insertions or deletions. If I try to print, or export to PDF, it shows all the markup not just the change bars.
