2015年5月13日 · You file an I-102 to get a replacement I-94 card, which may be your only way to prove you entered the country lawfully. If the I-102 has not be adjudicated by the time you have to go to your I-485 interview, then you do not have proof you entered the country lawfully and your I-485 will get denied.

CBP FOIA will only provide information of when and how you entered, but it is not a substitute for a duplicate I-94 card (the reason you filed the I-102 application in the first place).

2024年3月18日 · Is it safe to submit the I-102 with the I-485 and I-130 form? I’m not sure if that will cause an issue? I don't see the reason to also file an I-102, can always obtain the I-94 from the CBP website and/or through a FOIA request, both of which are "free" and take much, much more less time than having USCIS issue a duplicate I-94.

So I was thinking in place of the actual form i102 I could send uscis. gov the update that it got approved (on the webiste) and explain to them why I dont have the actual i-102 (i-94) when my mother files for my i-765, i485 and i130. could that work?

2024年3月8日 · Maybe your weak point is that you don't look like the 6-year-old in the passport/visa, and a series of pictures/school ID, etc. showing your age progression may help (plus whatever you submitted to prove your physical presence for DACA). It doesn't hurt to file I-102 or CBP FOIA for the entry record.
