2023年3月16日 · I am near finished the building of a JD's Plasma Table which I am building to cut all of the component parts for an off road buggy that I am building as well. For a home garage something this is ideal because it will cut all that is required, and if need be can be moved easily or easily partly dismantled to save space.

2017年2月23日 · JD^2 has a good reputation with their other products. However, there is a massive learning curve in using/producing a plasma table, and bringing it to market. Bulltear / Star Lab has a proven track record, a great product, outstanding support, and with CommandCNC, seems to have a great control system as well.

R-tech p51d - no arc on CNC mode - PlasmaSpider
2024年8月3日 · I have been slowly progressing on a JD garage CNC table build and have got to the point where I am looking to start doing some test cuts. I am using a r-tech p51d with an ipt-60 handheld torch set up on the table but am yet to get the machine to arc up on CNC model (works fine when using it manually)

JD Y axis linear rails - PlasmaSpider
2018年10月3日 · I’m seriously considering a JD Plasma table but I’m concerned about the Y axis linear rail system. It looks like the round bars with bearings that roll on top have no sweep to keep plasma and other dust off of them. It’s seems like debris would just get ground into the guide wheel and rails and quickly loose it’s smooth operation.

2016年10月22日 · I'm building a really basic plasma table, it's going to be very simple and light weight. My plan is to use a timing belt type system with 15mm open loop belts. I've seen many people using a single pulley to drive their X and Y axises.
