2008年6月27日 · Weve owned our Deere 950 tractor for a number of years now. I believe that it is a 1980 model and has a 75 series John Deere loader and an aftermarket tractor cab made by Curtis. We are very pleased with the durability and capability of this tractor. I was curious as to how many 950's are out there and what everyone elses opinion of them was?

2008年3月31日 · Further, it appears this is the most common problem with the 950 tractor. The shop called around, and all the scrap yards, if they have JD 950s, all the tractors they have have the same problem! Yanmar stopped making this engine years ago. John Deere doesn't have a replacement block, or engine.

2009年6月30日 · You should see a black molded rubber hose attached to the transmission case on one end and the other end hooked to a green pipe about an 1 1/4" in diameter running to the front of the tractor. The place that the rubber hose hooks to the tractor is where the screen is located. The mount for the screen is attached to the case with three small bolts.

2015年6月15日 · I am looking for the complete wiring diagram for a John Deere 950 (1979/80 model year.). It would need to show the rear lights also if possible. In addition. The fuse box cover is missing....so although I can trace what wires go where, I do not know which fuses (5amp, 10amp, 15 amp) go where.

2023年8月4日 · I fired up the John Deere 950 this morning to do some light plowing. The 3 point hydraulics went up as usual. When I went to lift the front loader bucket nothing happens. No raise or curl. I replaced my rockshaft valve about a month ago, the front hydraulics have never given me any problems.

While she was operating the tractor, she noticed that the front of the power steering hydraulics had hydraulic fluid "squirting" out of a small hole in the top of the extension right before the ball joint connects to the left ...

2011年12月4日 · After doing some studying over there, the RE27284 is for late model 950's. The early model units take the filter that you picked up, BUT, according to JD's site, that kind of hydraulic filter setup was not used on tractors in the US or Canada. You may have a grey market tractor. On the fluid, I only use the Low Viscosity Hy-Gard oil.

2023年5月21日 · I purchased a John Deere 950 with a spin rod bearing. The gentleman I purchased from said it was driving until it spun the bearing. I rebuilt the engine and now with it reassembled, when pressing on the clutch pedal I get hardly any resistance and it will now disengage the clutch allowing me to put the tractor in gear.
