The Journal for Undergraduate Research Opportunities, or JURO, is a student-run, peer-reviewed journal that provides University of Georgia undergraduates with the opportunity to present their research in digital publication.

CURO is open to all undergraduates pursuing faculty-mentored research, including students in their first year at the University of Georgia. You can earn course credit for research in any department regardless of year, GPA, or major.

2005年9月19日 · The Journal for Undergraduate Research Opportunities or JURO@GA, a Web-based journal highlighting the scholarly works of undergraduate researchers in humanities, arts and social sciences at the University of Georgia, has been redesigned and relaunched online at www.uga.edu/juro.

Through CURO, undergraduates can pursue faculty-mentored research regardless of discipline, major, or GPA as early as their first year. Our programming supports students in identifying and selecting opportunities, choosing a mentor, and presenting and publishing their work.

CURO Research Awards are one-semester scholarships (fall, spring, or summer). You must be registered for a course in the semester in which you receive the award. You may register for CURO course credit for your research, but it is not required.
