2022年7月21日 · Once I make the switch to Libre 2 (finishing off my dexcom g6 sensors), my plan is to use miaomiao transmitter with shuggah app. Just to confirm, the Libre 2 app does NOT work with iOS 16. It crashes on start. Funny enough, LibreLink (Libre 14 day app) and Libre 3 app don't have this problem.

I was really annoyed when I got the libre 2 sensors and found out the android app wasn't approved in the US and was soo excited when I found out it was approved last month. But then... I actually used it. My God. The alarms. I have sensitive ears, and I cannot stand any alarm sounds and always keep everything on vibrate.

The Libre 2 app throws up that incompatibility warning EVERY time you update and has since I started using the FSL sensors somewhere around 15.X. My guess is they don’t actually bother keeping up with the iOS update schedule or they’re just engaging in a general CYA.

I understand from other posts in this subreddit that a sensor can only be paired to one reader, either my Android phone or a reader, but not both, at least here in the USA.

2022年7月16日 · For the libre you can scan the sensor with the new phone, and acknowledge the message that you will be signed out of the old phone. You’ll need to scan one more time, then you would have the last 8 hours of data. I understand the libre and libre 2 and different, but I’m hoping this works for you.

I have ongoing problems with the Libre 2 and my phone app. It was having a problem reading the sensor, at first Abbott said it was a problem with Android phones and the new OS 13. They issued an update and sent me a new sensor, unfortunately it still doesn't work properly.
