2019年12月28日 · I'm on the verge of buying either of these setups, perhaps even tomorrow, and having trouble deciding. I wish to get 4 units, as due to multiple brick walls in the way of things, even a few meters away the signal gets killed going through brickwork.

2020年12月30日 · Hello, i currently own the M4 vs M5. which one have a better range??? Right now i have typically 280mbps internet but over wifi (computer connected to second mesh point via cable). From the second mesh point, i can barely achieve connection (via wifi) in one room of my house, the m5 would get around 4-10mbps while the m4 gets 60-150mbps.

2024年10月13日 · Since it is an AX (WiFi 6) router vs AC (WiFi 5) router it is a generation newer, plus it is rated 1500 vs 1300. Per my understanding of how DECOs work the X10 is going to be limited by the capability of the M5 in a mesh setup, but it would be best to set it up as the main router then add the M5s as nodes via DECO mesh.

2023年3月2日 · Then M5 was set as main deco. One of M4 device was removed from network. Now there is a need for me to give back M5 device - so I need to disconnect it from my network. The plan was that first I will change main deco to be M4, then I will add 2nd M4 and then remove M5 from network. However, There is no option to set M4 as main device.
